Terms of service
What we provide, on what terms, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.

Who we are and what we provide
Snello is a service by Snello app created by Domenico Garruzzo, Quai Charles-Page 45, 1205 Genève, Svizzera. We provide a subscription web application that lets barbers, hairdressers and beauty salons take bookings online and manage their shop's calendar.
Activation: how you become a customer today
You can activate your shop directly from here: choose your plan, pay online securely, and your booking page is ready right away. The contract is concluded when you complete payment on screen; from that moment these terms apply.
Plans and pricing
The published plans are launch prices in €, excluding VAT, shown per month on the monthly period and per year on the annual one, and differ by the scale of your shop, not by features: even the smallest plan includes the full product. Snello is a Swiss business and, in the European Union and the United Kingdom, sells only to taxable persons: a valid VAT number is required at checkout, the invoice is issued without tax, and the tax is due from you in your own country under the reverse charge mechanism. If you are on a flat-rate scheme, the VAT you self-account for is not deductible: bear that in mind when comparing prices.

Launch prices stay unchanged for the duration of an already active subscription. Any future change is announced with at least 30 days notice and applies from the next renewal.
Duration and cancellation
The subscription is monthly or annual, according to the billing period you choose when you subscribe, and renews automatically on the same period. You can cancel it at any time from the app — Settings → Close this shop — or from the billing portal, or by writing to support@snelloapp.com: it stays active until the end of the period already paid for. When it ends we delete your shop's data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law: your access and portability rights remain as described in the privacy policy.
Suspension and deletion for non-payment
Payment is due on its due date; a failed charge is followed by automatic retries. After 14 days from the first failed charge, we may suspend new online bookings: your shop stays visible, appointments already confirmed remain valid, and you keep access to the app and to your calendar. After a total of 58 days from the first failed charge without the payment being settled, the account may be deleted. The service reactivates automatically on the first successful payment, at any point before deletion. Every step is preceded by an email notice. Deletion doesn't affect accounting records, kept for tax obligations as stated in the privacy policy (10 years); backup copies are erased within 30 days.
Your shop's data stays yours
Appointments, services, hours and your customers' data are yours. We only process it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy: we don't use it for our own purposes, we don't resell it, and we don't share it with other shops.
Importing appointments you already have. When you import your schedule, you upload to Snello data belonging to people who are your customers: names, and email addresses and phone numbers if you have them. You remain the controller of that data: you decide what to upload and why, and you are the one who has the relationship with those people. Snello stores and uses it only to run your schedule for you and, if you choose to also import email addresses, to send your customers reminders about their appointments — nothing else, and never on our own behalf. You can delete it whenever you want, and if you close your account it is deleted along with it.
What we commit to (and what we don't)
We work to keep the service reliably available, but we don't promise 100% uptime: there can be interruptions for maintenance, provider outages, or causes outside our control. When we can, we announce planned work in advance.
The service is an organisational tool: running your shop, the commitments you make to your customers, and compliance with the rules that apply to your business remain yours. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, our liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
Fair use
Login credentials are personal and shouldn't be shared outside your team. You may not resell the service to third parties, attempt to access other shops' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. In these cases we may suspend access, giving notice in writing.
Support
For questions or issues with the service, write to support@snelloapp.com: we reply within one business day.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. For any dispute, the competent court is Ginevra, Svizzera, subject to any mandatory venue provided for by law.
